*Salary:* ₹23,000 CTC per month

*Age Limit:* 18 – 31 years

*Role Summary:*

We’re looking for active and reliable Pickers to handle packet sorting, picking, and dispatch at our Bangalore fulfillment centers. You’ll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring orders are picked accurately and moved quickly to the next stage.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Pick and pack customer orders based on system instructions

- Scan, sort, and stage packets for dispatch

- Maintain accuracy and speed to meet daily targets

- Keep work area clean, organized, and follow safety protocols

- Coordinate with team leads for shift handovers and inventory updates

*Shift Timings – Rotational:*

1. Morning: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

2. Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

3. Night: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM

*Eligibility:*

- Age: 18 to 31 years

- freshers welcomed

- below 10th or above 10th

- Willingness to work rotational shifts including nights

*Salary*

- Fixed monthly CTC of ₹23,000
