Job Role

You must be responsible for collecting customer-ordered products from the warehouse shelves, checking the items for accuracy and quality, packing them securely, and preparing them for quick delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick the correct products based on customer orders.

Check item quality, quantity, and expiry dates.

Pack orders safely and accurately.

Label and hand over packed orders to delivery partners.

Keep the warehouse clean and organized.

Follow safety rules and company procedures.

Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Work Schedule (as per the poster):

9-hour shift (8 hours work + 1 hour break)

1 weekly off (not on Sunday)

Salary & Benefits (as shown):

Approx. ₹16,250/month

Overtime: ₹120/hour

Performance incentives: ₹6,000–₹10,000

Night allowance: ₹1,500
