Job Title: Picker / Packer

Department: Warehouse / Operations
Location: adajan
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Picker/Packer to pick products from warehouse shelves, pack them properly, and prepare orders for dispatch. The candidate should be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick items according to order list / handheld device
Check product quality and quantity before packing
Pack items safely to avoid damage during delivery
Label packages correctly with order details
Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) method
Assist in loading and unloading goods
Meet daily picking and packing targets
Report damaged or missing items to supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass
Basic reading and counting skills
Comfortable working in shifts
Prior warehouse experience preferred (not mandatory)

Basic warehouse knowledge
