📦 Picker Packer – Job Description

Position: Picker Packer
Department: Warehouse / Operations
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick products accurately as per customer orders.

• Pack products safely and properly for dispatch.

• Scan products using a handheld scanner/system.

• Check product quantity, quality, and labels before packing.

• Arrange and store products in the assigned locations.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.

• Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for smooth order processing.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and basic understanding of Hindi/English/Local language.

• Willingness to work in shifts.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Skills:

• Good attention to detail.

• Teamwork and discipline.

• Ability to handle physical work.

• Basic smartphone/scanner knowledge.

• Punctual and regular attendance.
