Picker Packer – Job Description

Job Title

Picker / Packer

Job Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately as per customer orders and system instructions.

• Pack products safely and properly to avoid damage during transportation.

• Check product quantity, quality, SKU, and order details before dispatch.

• Scan products using handheld scanners or warehouse systems.

• Sort and organize products according to orders and delivery locations.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.

• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.

• Complete assigned targets within the required timelines.

• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the Team Leader or Shift In-Charge.

• Coordinate with the warehouse, inventory, and dispatch teams when required.

• Follow attendance, shift timings, and workplace discipline.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.

• Freshers can apply; warehouse experience is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of reading, counting, and product identification.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
