We are looking for a responsible and punctual E-commerce Dispatch & Operations Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

Pack and dispatch daily customer orders.
Ensure all parcels are handed over to courier partners on time.
Coordinate with courier partners for smooth daily pickups.
Print shipping labels and attach them correctly to parcels.
Verify products before packing to avoid dispatch errors.
Update dispatch status and maintain basic order records.
Receive and organize returned (RTO) parcels.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
Assist the team in completing daily dispatch targets.
