Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Job Summary:

DMart is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Executive to manage inventory, storage, and dispatch operations efficiently. The candidate will work closely with the supply chain and store operations team to ensure smooth warehouse functioning and timely distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods properly.

• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems regularly.

• Pack and dispatch goods as per store requirements.

• Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored in designated locations.

• Conduct quality checks before dispatch to maintain company standards.

• Process receipts, returns, and inventory adjustments promptly.

• Train warehouse staff on proper handling of materials, including fragile and hazardous items.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the warehouse.

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (as per company standards).

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.

• Ability to handle physical workload.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
