Job Summary

The Picker & Packer is responsible for picking the correct products from the warehouse as per order requirements, packing items securely, and ensuring timely and accurate order dispatch while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pick products from designated storage locations according to order lists or invoices.

2. Verify product names, quantities, codes, and specifications before packing.

3. Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.

4. Label packages correctly with order details, delivery addresses, and other required information.

5. Ensure orders are accurate and ready for dispatch within the scheduled timelines.

6. Check products for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues to the supervisor.

7. Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness in the warehouse.

8. Assist with loading and unloading goods whenever required.

9. Coordinate with inventory and dispatch teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

10. Follow warehouse safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

11. Support stock counting and inventory verification whenever required.

12. Maintain proper handling and storage of products to avoid loss or damage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 10th pass; higher qualifications preferred.

• Experience: Freshers can apply; warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.

• Skills: Basic counting, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move packages as required by the role.

• Other Requirements: Willingness to work in shifts and meet dispatch deadlines.

• Picking and packing accuracy.

• Number of orders processed within the given timeline.

• Reduction in damaged, missing, or incorrectly packed items.

• Compliance with warehouse safety and quality standards.

• Productivity and adherence to dispatch schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Role Objective: To ensure accurate picking, safe packing, and timely dispatch of products while maintaining warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.
