Job Description

We are looking for hardworking and reliable candidates to join our warehouse team. The role involves handling products in a modern warehouse environment similar to e-commerce fulfillment centers

Key Requirements

• Picking items from storage shelves as per order requirements

• Packing and organizing products for dispatch

• Lifting and moving lightweight to moderate items (up to 5–10 kg)

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse

Salary & Benefits Details:

Net Take Home Salary: ₹14,000 on 26 days present in a month.

Attendance Incentive:

₹4,000 on 26 days present

₹2,500 on 25 days present

Night Allowance: ₹100 per night shift.

Overtime (OT): Paid at double rate, approximately ₹130 per hour.

Loyalty Bonus: ₹5,000 after completion of 6 months of service.

Food & Transport Facilities:

Food and transport facilities are available on Kosli Route and Dharuhera–Bilaspur Route.

Food Deduction: ₹17 per day

Bus Deduction: ₹15 per day

If any candidate does not avail the company food or transport facility, no deduction will be applied.

Shift Timings (Rotational):

A Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

B Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

C Night Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM

The work will be conducted in a three-shift rotational system.
