Picker / Packer – Job Description
Position: Picker / Packer
Salary: ₹20,000 CTC per month
In-Hand Salary: ₹17,000 per month after ESI & PF deductions
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Shifts: Rotational
Shift Timings
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Job Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately as per customer orders.
- Pack products safely and properly for dispatch.
- Check product quantity and product details.
- Assist with scanning, sorting, and inventory activities.
- Ensure orders are processed within the given timeline.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Follow instructions from the supervisor/team leader.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- 10th / 12th pass preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
