Job Description – D-Mart & Blinkit

1. D-Mart – Store Assistant

Position: Store Assistant
Salary: ₹15,000 NTH (Take Home)
CTC: ₹19,000 per month
Job Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM /

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product-related queries.

• Arrange and replenish products on shelves.

• Check stock and maintain proper product displays.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

• Assist in daily store operations as assigned.

• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass.

• Freshers can apply.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.

• Willing to work in the assigned shift.

2. Blinkit – Picker / Packer

Position: Picker / Packer
Salary: ₹15,000 NTH (Take Home)
CTC: ₹19,000 per month
Job Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Pick products from the store as per customer orders.

• Check product quantity, quality, and expiry before packing.

• Pack orders accurately and securely.

• Ensure orders are ready for delivery on time.

• Maintain proper stock and storage areas.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and company guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass.

• Freshers can apply.

• Basic understanding of reading product names and order details.

• Good attention to detail.

• Punctual, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Shift Details

Take Home Salary: ₹15,000/month
CTC: ₹19,000/month
Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
