Picker / Loader

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Accurately pick items from shelves based on customer orders using handheld devices or order sheets.

• Packing Operations: Safely and neatly pack products ensuring quality standards and minimal damage during transit.

• Inventory Management: Assist in stock counting, replenishment, and maintaining proper shelf arrangements.

• Quality Checks: Verify product condition, expiry dates, and packaging integrity before dispatch.

• Dispatch Support: Coordinate with delivery staff to ensure timely handover of packed orders.

• Safety & Hygiene: Follow workplace safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the dark store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass.

• Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or logistics preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to lift and move packages (up to 15–20 kg).

• Basic understanding of smartphones/handheld devices for order processing.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
