Picker / Loader

Core Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Locate and retrieve specified merchandise from warehouse shelves or pallets using order sheets or digital barcode scanners.

• Packaging: Select appropriate boxes, padding, and materials to safely enclose items, preventing damage during transit.

• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects, damages, or missing parts before packing them.

• Labeling & Shipping: Weigh packages, print accurate shipping labels, and route completed orders to the designated dispatch area.

• Inventory Management: Count stock, perform cycle counts, and assist in restocking shelves to keep the warehouse organized
  Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Attention to Detail: Impeccable accuracy is required to ensure the right product gets to the right customer.

  • Physical Stamina: The role requires frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.

  • Speed & Efficiency: Ability to meet strict daily order fulfillment quotas in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technology Proficiency: Basic ability to use handheld RF scanners and warehouse management software.

  • Teamwork & Communication: Strong collaboration with inventory clerks, loaders, and supervisors to maintain workflow
