Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organised Packing Supervisor to supervise daily packing operations, manage workers, and ensure smooth functioning of the packing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily packing activities and ensure smooth workflow.

• Manage and monitor packing staff and allocate daily work.

• Ensure proper packing of products as per company standards and instructions.

• Monitor packing material usage and coordinate for material requirements.

• Maintain daily packing records, production reports, and documentation.

• Use Tally for necessary data entry and record maintenance.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Store departments.

• Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene, and discipline in the packing area.

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate.

Required Skills

• Good team supervision and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of Tally is mandatory.

• Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage workers and daily packing operations.

• Knowledge of packing processes in the food manufacturing industry will be preferred.
