The following duties and responsibilities form the Scope of Work for the role at PureCent, primarily related to packaging, logistics, coordination, and operational support for ghee and related products:

1.      Packaging & Dispatch

                          I.            Handle complete packaging of orders received through Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and other online platforms.

                       II.            Ensure parcels are packed securely and accurately as per order requirements for timely shipping.

2.      Client Hospitality

                          I.            Serve tea, coffee, or beverages to clients or customers visiting the premises, maintaining professional etiquette.

3.      Loading & Unloading

                          I.              Assist in loading and unloading goods, including finished products and raw   materials, in a safe and organized manner.

4.      Material Collection

                       I.                Collect raw materials from railway stations, transport offices, courier services, and other delivery points as and when required.

5.      Stock Management

                       I.               Maintain stock records, monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate   matching of physical stock with documentation.

                    II.               Report any discrepancies or shortages to management immediately.

6.      Procurement of Packaging Material

                          I.             Purchase all required packaging materials such as cartons, tapes, labels, bottles, pouches, etc.

                       II.            Ensure cost-effective buying while maintaining required quality standards.

7.      Packaging & Delivery Operations

                          I.             Perform all related tasks for delivery, dispatch, packaging, labeling, and   handling of ghee and other product consignments.

                       II.            Ensure timely handover of parcels to delivery partners or logistics service providers.

8.      Customer Coordination

                             I.            Coordinate with customers regarding delivery updates, parcel concerns,   packaging clarifications, and other related communication.

                          II.                Maintain polite and prompt communication for customer satisfaction.

9.      Other Operational Tasks

                             I.                  Carry out any additional work required for smooth functioning of delivery, packaging, logistics, or production operations as assigned by management.

10. Sweeper Coordination for Cleaning & Attendance

                                   I.            Coordinate with the sweeper for daily cleaning activities, ensuring all office, work areas, and surrounding premises are cleaned properly.

                                II.            Maintain and monitor the sweeper’s attendance, including timely reporting, completion of assigned tasks, and overall housekeeping standards.

                              III.            Inform management in case of irregular attendance, incomplete work, or any housekeeping issues.
