Packaging Boy

We are looking for a Packaging Boy to join our team at at Stepwise Consulting. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe, accurate, and brand-compliant packaging of all orders
   Pack products as per Amazon / Flipkart guidelines
   Use proper materials (bubble wrap, foam, strong corrugated boxes) for fragile electronics
   Maintain a clean and premium unboxing experience
  Verify correct product before packing
   Check all components inside the box (wires, mounts, manuals)
   Prevent wrong or incomplete dispatches
   Apply correct shipping labels, barcodes (FNSKU), and MRP stickers
   Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA / Easy Ship / Seller Flex standards
   Identify causes of product damage during transit
   Improve packaging methods to reduce returns (RTO)
   Monitor stock of packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape, labels)
   Minimize material wastage and control packaging cost
   Maintain daily dispatch and packaging records
   Report errors, damages, and return-related issues
  Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams
   Suggest improvements to increase packing speed and efficiency
   Achieve key targets: high order accuracy, low damage rate, optimal cost per order, and high daily output
