Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Packaging Associates to join our production team. The role involves handling packaging operations for chocolate and confectionery products while ensuring quality, hygiene, and efficiency standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack finished chocolate products as per company standards and guidelines

Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and batch coding of products

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packaging area as per food safety norms

Perform quality checks to ensure products are not damaged or defective

Assist in loading/unloading and organizing packaged goods

Follow daily production targets and timelines

Adhere to company safety policies and procedures

Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass

Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or food industry is preferred (Freshers can also apply)

Ability to work in shifts

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

Skills Required:

Attention to detail

Teamwork and coordination

Basic understanding of hygiene and safety practices

Discipline and punctuality
