Operations Head – GD Farm Fresh
Role
We are looking for an Operations Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of GD Farm Fresh and ensure smooth, efficient business functioning.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations, staff, and workflow.
Oversee procurement, inventory, stock, and product quality.
Coordinate orders, packing, dispatch, and deliveries.
Manage vendors and delivery partners.
Handle customer queries and operational issues.
Track sales, purchases, inventory, and expenses.
Maintain hygiene and operational standards.
Identify issues and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
5-10 years of experience in operations, retail, FMCG, grocery, food, or a related field.
Strong communication and people-management skills.
Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to take ownership and work independently.
Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
