Associate - Operations (Physical File Management Process) - MFB - Gurgaon - Sector 14 - J-Grades Own day to day Microfinance Physical File Management process Ensure files are tracked from inward to storage Files are quality checked as per checklist Documents are scanned and images stored in system Manage outsourced partner Ensure agreed processing TAT is achieved Reporting - Publish daily reports and trackers Daily review Operational scorecards to determine RCA and resolve Collaborate with Business to ensure agreed FTR (First Time Right) target is achieved Ensure Nil critical and repeated audit observations as well as nil open customer complaints beyond defined timelines Team & Stakeholder Management First point of contact for Business and Outsourced vendor Interview, hire, train, coach, evaluate and redirect team members for optimal performance Project Management Identify and run all projects related to Microfinance Operations. Lead systems change requirement. Raise BRD, UAT and roll out with close co-ordination with IT Qualification and Educational Requirements Minimum graduate. MBA preferred PREFERRED SKILLS Asset Operations Experience 4 to 6 years, Team handling experience, Senior stakeholder management skills. Operations experience in Microfinance will be preferred.
