
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support day-to-day logistics and operational activities. The role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining records, assisting with vendor and customer communication, and ensuring smooth workflow across logistics operations.
Assist in planning and coordinating daily logistics and transportation activities
Track shipments and update delivery status in internal systems
Maintain accurate operational records, invoices, and documentation
Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, vendors, and customers
Support inventory management and stock movement tracking
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and timelines
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Support the operations team with administrative and coordination tasks
