We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and manage all operational activities for Skylark Express (Delhi) Pvt. Ltd. at our Bangalore (Hoskote) location. The role involves complete responsibility for end-to-end logistics and operations in Bangalore, ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective functioning in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all operational activities in Bangalore, including transportation, deliveries, and daily logistics operations.

• Ensure timely and accurate pickup and delivery of consignments as per customer and company requirements.

• Supervise drivers, supervisors, loaders, ground staff and help them as per the business requirment.

• Monitor vehicle deployment, route planning, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance to optimize costs and efficiency.

• Coordinate with head office, clients, vendors, and transport partners for smooth operational execution.

• Handle operational issues, delays, complaints, and escalations; provide timely resolutions.

• Maintain and review operational MIS and reports.

• Ensure proper documentation, billing coordination, challans, PODs, and record maintenance.

• Support business growth by improving operational efficiency and service quality in the Bangalore region.
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and courier operations

• Excellent team management and coordination skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic operational reporting

Qualification & Experience:

• Logistics / Operations background preferred

• 2–8 years of experience in logistics or transport operations

• Prior experience handling operations will be an added advantage

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
