Operation Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, supply chain processes, and warehouse operations while ensuring efficient data analysis and reporting. This role requires a multi-skilled professional who can drive operational excellence and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments

• Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships

• Monitor and control inventory management systems

• Lead and optimize supply chain management activities

• Supervise warehouse operations including storage, dispatch, and logistics

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improve efficiency

• Prepare and present reports on operational performance

• Ensure cost control and process improvement initiatives

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, and supply chain management

• Experience in warehouse management systems

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

• Experience with ERP or supply chain software

• Prior experience in logistics or warehouse operations
