Job Summary
The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the CFC, ensuring timely order processing, inventory accuracy, product quality, and smooth coordination with the team to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily CFC operations, including order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within the required timelines.
Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.
Ensure product quality and proper packaging before dispatch.
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely order handover.
Monitor daily productivity and operational performance.
Maintain proper records of inventory, orders, and daily operations.
Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational processes.
Coordinate with the CFC Manager and other teams to resolve operational issues.
Support customer complaint resolution related to order fulfilment.
Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the CFC.
Support new employee training and daily task allocation when required.
