Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Pre-Departure Bus Readiness: Ensure buses reach the departure point 3 hours before departure and are fully ready 2 hours prior, with all crew present on time.

2. Bus Inspection & Quality Control: Check cleanliness, seating, lights, tyres, and safety equipment. Coordinate with maintenance to resolve all mechanical issues before dispatch.

3. Tracking & Escalation: Monitor each bus’s readiness, maintain checklists, and immediately report delays, breakdowns, or crew shortages.

4. Team Coordination: Coordinate with drivers, conductors, mechanics, and branch operations to ensure smooth and timely departures.

5. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily inspection records, update bus status, and prepare reports on delays, pending maintenance, and recurring defects.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Follow-Up Compliance: 100% pre-departure follow-up completed for every scheduled bus.
2. Crew Punctuality: 100% timely reporting of assigned drivers, mechanics, and conductors.
3. Readiness Benchmark: Bus readiness confirmed and signed off at least 2 hours before departure.
4. Punctuality Rate: Zero avoidable departure delays resulting from operational or preparation oversights.
5. Issue Resolution: 100% closure or timely escalation of identified mechanical and operational issues.
6. Data Accuracy: 100% accuracy and timely submission of daily bus readiness and inspection reports.
