Job వివరణ

Designation: Operation Executive

Location: Ichhapore, Surat

Salary: Up to 28k inhand + PF + Medical

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Operations

Coordinate unloading, checking, and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) preparation.

Verify received quantities and documentation against purchase orders.

Outbound Operations

Manage order picking, packing, and dispatch as per client requirements.

Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation for shipments.

Inventory Management

Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in monthly stock audits.

Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile variances.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare daily MIS reports for inward/outward stock movement.

Ensure proper filing of dispatch documents, invoices, and gate passes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.

1–5 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations (preferably 3PL / FMCG / Pharma).
