Key Responsibilities :-

Prepare Accounts of Drivers & Helpers
Preparation of Driver/Helpers salary
Sending and receiving Mail
Maintain accurate records of operations, including trip logs, maintenance records, and incident reports.
Generate regular reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management.

Job Requirements :-

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

· Proven experience in operations management within the transport or logistics industry.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Should have at-least 5-8 years of experience.

· Age Limit- 25 - 40 Yrs.

· Advance Excel & Tally.
