The Operations Support leads plays a critical role in ensuring smooth coordination between service centres and field drivers. The person will support timely vehicle pickup and drop-off services.
Work Location - Near Sarita Vihar, Mohan Cooperative Estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with drivers for vehicle pick-up and drop-off services
Responsible to Hire, Onboard & Train drivers
Monitor job progress, route updates, and timely task completion
Manage entire backend operations via our service portal and CRM
Communicate effectively with service centers/ partners , customers, and drivers professionally
Monitor job progress, real time tracking, , route updates, and timely task completion
Maintain daily operational MIS and reports
Resolve issues or escalations from the field promptly

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
6 months- 2 years of experience in support, logistics, or operations or ecommerce or retail role. Freshers can apply for Trainee position & individuals with higher experience too can apply for appropriate position
Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
Good command of basic computer tools (Excel, email, WhatsApp, CRMs)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Experience in managing field teams or blue-collar staff is a plus
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
