Materials Procurement Executive

💼 Job Description:

We are hiring a Materials Procurement Executive to support our procurement and operations team. The role involves coordinating with vendors, negotiating prices, handling material requirements, stock tracking, and ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to construction and interior projects, this role is for you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate vendors and suppliers

• Collect quotations and negotiate pricing

• Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements

• Check and track stock availability regularly

• Monitor stock movement and update records

• Maintain knowledge of material specifications and market pricing trends (price up/down awareness)

• Raise and process purchase orders

• Verify purchase orders and delivery orders

• Follow up on dispatch and delivery status

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, stock, and supplier details

• Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality standards

• Resolve vendor-related issues

✅ Requirements:

• Qualification: Any graduate (Preferred: Supply Chain/Business/Civil/Engineering background)

• Experience: 1–3 years in sourcing/procurement/vendor management

• Freshers with basic knowledge in sourcing, vendor coordination, stock handling, and negotiation are also welcome

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
