Position: Maintenance Executive

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance activities of office premises, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain office infrastructure, electrical systems, plumbing, furniture, and equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and technicians for repair and servicing work.
Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Maintain AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) records and service schedules.
Handle office maintenance complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor generator, AC, electrical, CCTV, internet, and other utility systems.
Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory records.
Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Supervise housekeeping and maintenance support staff if required.
Coordinate procurement of maintenance materials and spare parts.
Support administration team in office setup and operational activities.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage vendors and external service providers.
Basic computer knowledge for record maintenance.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualities:
Responsible and disciplined.
Quick response and troubleshooting ability.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Working Conditions:
Office-based role with occasional field/vendor coordination work.
May require urgent support during breakdown situations.
