We are seeking an organized Loading Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading of goods at our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and timely handling of cargo, as well as supervising a team of loaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate loading and unloading activities

- Manage team to meet productivity and quality standards

- Inspect cargo for damage and report discrepancies

- Maintain accurate records and reports

- Communicate with internal teams and external partners.
