Logistics Supervisor

The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily transportation and distribution operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, coordinating with transporters and warehouse teams, maintaining dispatch records, and improving logistics efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily logistics and transportation operations.

• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams for timely dispatches.

• Ensure on-time delivery of products to distributors, retailers, and customers.

• Monitor vehicle movement, route planning, and delivery schedules.

• Maintain dispatch records, invoices, e-way bills, and logistics documentation.

• Handle transporter coordination and resolve delivery-related issues.

• Track inventory movement and ensure proper stock transfers.

• Monitor logistics costs and support process optimization initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.

• Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports for management review.

• Manage loading and unloading activities efficiently.

• Support cold chain and freshness management for perishable products.
