Logistics Supervisor

Job Description:-

• Collect dispatch plan from PPIC and arrange transport accordingly (Transporter, Auto, Rider, Special Vehicles).

• Coordinate with transporters to obtain vehicle details and share in dispatch group for billing.

• Prepare and share daily logistics costing reports.

• Verify and audit transporter bills with proper receiving documents.

• Manage taxi and auto receiving, billing, and voucher preparation.

• Process transporter bills for GRN.

• Identify and onboard new transporters/courier/taxi vendors; collect quotations and prepare comparisons.

• Plan routes and optimize loads (clubbing of materials) for efficient delivery.

• Maintain and update rate lists and contact details of transporters, taxis, and autos.

• Track transit times and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Maintain records of dispatch, driver routes, delivery timelines, and changes.

• Coordinate with drivers and monitor delivery progress; resolve delays/issues.

• Ensure timely vehicle placement for pickups.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
