JOB SUMMARY

We are is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator – Supply & Logistics to support sales and operations functions. The role involves managing order processing, coordinating dispatch and logistics, handling customer communication, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between sales, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with the sales team for order execution and dispatch planning

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation

• Liaise with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch

• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers

• Handle customer queries related to orders, dispatch status, and documentation

• Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, pending deliveries, and inventory

• Coordinate with transporters and logistics vendors for smooth operations

• Ensure compliance with GST billing, e-way bills, and dispatch procedures

• Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and logistics tracking reports

• Support sales team with daily coordination and follow-ups

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong communication and coordination abilities

• Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations

• Understanding of GST billing, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation

• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and email communication

• Good organizational and multitasking skills

• Problem-solving and follow-up capabilities

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
