K95 Foods is looking for an experienced Logistics & Operations professional to manage

domes􀆟c dispatches, transportation and delivery operations across distributors, modern

trade and Q-Commerce channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in FMCG logistics, FTL/PTL

shipments, transporter management and appointment-based deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end domestic dispatch and delivery operations.

 Plan and coordinate FTL, PTL and part-load shipments.

 Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, dispatch, tracking and delivery.

 Manage appointment-based deliveries for Q-Commerce and modern trade

customers.

 Coordinate with warehouse, sales, distributors and customers for smooth dispatches.

 Monitor shipment status from dispatch to delivery, POD and GRN closure.

 Handle delivery delays, appointment issues, PO issues, rejections and other

operational escalations.

 Optimize freight costs, vehicle utilization and transportation planning.

 Evaluate and manage transporter performance.

 Supervise logistics coordinators and ensure timely execution of daily operations.

 Maintain logistics MIS and track KPIs such as OTIF, vehicle placement, delivery TAT,

POD/GRN closure and freight cost.

 Work on continuous improvement of logistics processes and service levels.

Required Experience & Skills

 7–10 years of relevant logistics experience, preferably in FMCG / Food & Beverage /

Consumer Goods.

 Strong experience in domestic transportation and distribution.

 Hands-on experience with FTL and PTL.

 Experience with Q-Commerce / Modern Trade / appointment-based deliveries.

 Strong transporter and vendor management experience.

 Experience in handling and supervising a logistics team.

 Good knowledge of POD, GRN, e-way bills, invoices, appointment scheduling and

delivery processes.

 Good command of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

 Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.

 Ability to independently manage day-to-day logistics operations in a fast-paced

environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Platorms/customers such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket,

Amazon, Flipkart, D Mart or other modern trade/Q-Commerce businesses will be an

advantage.

Education

Graduate in any discipline. A qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations will be an

advantage.

Age – 28 to 40 Years
