Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily logistics and supply chain operations
Manage pickup, dispatch, and delivery activities
Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and warehouse teams
Ensure timely delivery and resolve operational issues
Monitor team performance and provide guidance
Maintain records, reports, and MIS data
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Optimize routes and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
2–5 years of experience in logistics/operations
Strong leadership and team handling skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
