Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily dispatch activities between the Sales, Accounts, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Arrange and book Porter services for retail deliveries and monitor timely dispatch.
• Maintain dispatch records, stock registers, and LR (Lorry Receipt) documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of logistics-related records.
• Track delivery status and coordinate with transport partners for timely shipments.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve dispatch-related issues.
Requirements:
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in Gujarati and English.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, dispatch operations, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintaining records is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
