*Job Title*: Logistic Executive

*Location*: Gurugram / As per company requirement

*Key Responsibilities*:

- *Shipment Management*: Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery

- *Vendor Coordination*: Liaise with transporters, couriers, CHA, and warehouse teams for smooth operations

- *Documentation*: Prepare and verify invoices, LR, GRN, E-way bills, BOE, and other shipping documents

- *Inventory Control*: Track stock movement, manage dispatch schedules, and minimize transit delays

- *Cost Optimization*: Negotiate freight rates and select cost-effective transport modes

- *Compliance*: Ensure all shipments follow GST, customs, and company policy guidelines

- *Reporting*: Maintain daily MIS of shipments, delivery TAT, and escalate delays to management

- *Customer Service*: Handle client queries related to dispatch status and resolve logistics issues

*Required Skills*:

- Knowledge of logistics software like SAP, Oracle, or WMS

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Understanding of GST, E-way bill, and transport documentation

- MS Excel proficiency for tracking and reports

- Problem-solving and ability to work under deadlines

*Qualifications*:

- *Education*: Graduate in any field. BBA/MBA in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred

- *Experience*: 0-3 years in logistics, courier, or supply chain operations

- *Other*: Familiarity with Gurugram/NCR transport routes is a plus
