Logistics Operations Executive

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Executive to join our team at at Turanth Logistic Private Limited. The position offers ₹17000 - ₹19000 and opportunities for career growth.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Order Management

• Receive and handle customer orders accurately.

• Gather complete order information and confirm requirements with the customer.

2. Vendor & Rate Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors for rate negotiations and finalization.

• Finalize order rates in alignment with company guidelines and profitability.

3. Vehicle Allocation & Documentation

• Finalize vehicle selection based on order type, route, and load.

• Verify vehicle documentation (permits, insurance, licenses) before dispatch.

• Collect and share cargo-related documents with customers and internal departments.

• Share finalized vehicle and driver details with customers and internal teams.

4. Driver & Customer Coordination

• Maintain constant communication with vehicle drivers for route updates and compliance.

• Ensure timely sharing of transit status and order updates with customers.

5. Transit & Delivery Follow-up

• Monitor vehicle movement during transit and proactively resolve delays/issues.

• Coordinate container body return process after delivery completion.

6. Reporting & Support

• Maintain records of rates, vehicle allocation, and order status.

• Support promoters and operations heads in ad-hoc requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate or equivalent.

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination / transport operations.

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English); local language is an advantage.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
