Job Profile – Commercial Executive.
Inventory Management: maintaining day-to-day inventory records, counting, and reconciling physical stock with computerized records.
Inbound & Outbound Operations: Managing the receipt of materials, unloading vehicles, Managing outbound material. Arranging vehicles and coordination.
Space Optimization: Planning and organizing the warehouse layout to maximize storage capacity and streamline picking and packing processes.
Dispatch Coordination: Scheduling shipments, preparing shipping documents (e.g., delivery challans, invoices), and coordinating with transport providers for timely pickups.
Reports: Maintaining daily records of inbound & outbound of material, Daily inventory reporting. Periodic MIS of movement of materials.
Experience: 2-3 years, preferably working in warehouse.
Need to be Commerce graduate with proficiency in Excel, working with Tally.
Basic knowledge of GST, e-waybill, e-invoice generation.
Good communication skill. Ready to work under pressure situation.
