Job Description: Commercial/Logistics Manager
Customer order processing and execution.
· Logistic arrangements and coordination etc.
· Manage Billing, Maintain accounts receivable records (Collection, Issuance of Debit notes, Credit Notes, refunds etc.)
· Processing customers claims, refunds etc.
· Monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances.
· follow up with customers for due payments.
· Periodic reconciliation of receivable accounts.
· Monthly Bank reconciliation.
· Prepare periodic accounts receivable aging reports, MIS etc.
· Experience of working on Tally ERP
· Expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reports)
· Good communication skills
