Job Summary:

Weldrite is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Incharge to oversee and manage the company’s logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient transportation, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining cost control and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations

- Manage dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods

- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics documentation

- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency

- Supervise warehouse activities including loading, unloading, and storage

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

- Handle logistics-related issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies

- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to management

- Negotiate with transport vendors for cost-effective services

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

- 2–5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management

- Strong knowledge of transportation and inventory systems

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software

- Good communication and coordination skills
