### Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify Commercial Invoice and Packing List
• Coordinate with Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders, and Transporters
• Review and verify Bill of Lading (BL) and Customs Documentation Checklists
• Plan and coordinate Container Stuffing and Shipment Bookings
• Lead and manage the logistics team
• Coordinate with clients for export/import documentation
• Maintain shipment tracking sheets and logistics records
• Ensure timely execution of shipments and compliance with export/import documentation

Requirements:••

• Experience in Clearance & Forwarding, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain
• Good knowledge of export/import documentation and customs procedures
• Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
