Logistics & MIS Executive (Telecom)

Role Objective

We are looking for a focused Logistics & MIS Executive to support our telecom operations in Gurgaon. This role is centered on maintaining accurate data records, managing material documentation, and ensuring the smooth flow of inventory information without the need for high-level ERP technicality or external transport management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data & Inventory Documentation

• Maintain and update Material Receiving Records (MRR) and internal trackers.

• Process documentation for Inward and Outward material movement.

• Handle paperwork for IUT (Inter-Unit Transfer) to ensure stock is accounted for across different departments.

• Ensure all physical stock matches the digital records maintained in the company database.

2. MIS Reporting

• Use Microsoft Excel to prepare daily and weekly reports regarding stock status and warehouse activity.

• Share regular updates and reports with the Warehouse Manager and internal project stakeholders.

• Identify and highlight any discrepancies in inventory data.

3. Warehouse Support

• Assist in the organization of telecom materials (Mobility & Tele-Media) within the facility.

• Ensure that all internal requisitions and move orders are documented correctly for audit purposes.

• Support the broader logistics team with administrative tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an MIS, Data Entry, or Logistics support role.

• Education: Graduate in any stream.

• Technical Skills: • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Data entry, basic formulas, and formatting).

  • General computer literacy and the ability to learn internal company software quickly.

• Competencies: • High attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within a warehouse/office environment in Sector 37, Gurgaon.
