Job Description:

We are looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to manage end-to-end outbound

logistics operations. The role is critical in ensuring accurate invoicing, efficient courier selection, timely

pickups, and smooth deliveries to clients across locations. The ideal candidate will have strong

coordination skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple shipments without error.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Accounts team to confirm receipt of advance payments.

• Generate customer invoices, book the amount against the customer, and hand over invoices to the

materials/packaging team.

• Identify and select the most suitable courier partner based on client location, serviceability, transit

time, and cost efficiency.

• Schedule and coordinate pickups with courier partners to ensure timely dispatch without delays.

• Track shipments and proactively coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.

• Handle and resolve issues related to delays, RTOs, damages, and delivery exceptions.

• Maintain and manage MIS for shipments dispatched, in transit, delayed, RTO’d, and delivered.

• Maintain accurate shipment records and share regular status updates with internal teams.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with basic computer knowledge.

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
