The Logistics Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining inventory records, and optimizing transportation processes for smooth business operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage dispatch, transportation, and delivery of goods

• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal departments

• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery

• Maintain proper documentation (LR, Invoice, E-way Bill, etc.)

• Monitor and manage inventory levels

• Handle inward & outward material movement

• Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or shortages

• Maintain logistics reports and update daily status

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

📊 Key Skills Required

• Good knowledge of logistics & supply chain processes

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel / ERP systems

• Problem-solving and time management ability

• Ability to work under pressure

🎓 Qualification

• Graduate in any field (Preferred: Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce)

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or dispatch (Freshers can also apply)

💼 Preferred Experience

• Experience in transport management / warehouse handling

• Knowledge of E-way bill and GST documentation

• Experience in vendor coordination
