Job Title: Logistics Marketing Manager

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

CTS Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Logistics Marketing Manager to drive business growth and expand our customer base in the transport and logistics sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting logistics services across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities in transport and logistics services.

• Generate leads and acquire new clients for freight, courier, and logistics solutions.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.

• Conduct market research and identify business expansion opportunities.

• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Prepare daily/weekly marketing and sales reports for management.

• Represent the company in client meetings and business discussions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.

• Experience: 3–8+ years in logistics, transport marketing, or business development.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

• Good market knowledge of transport and supply chain industry.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
