Job Role:

Experience in handling Liquid Transportation will be an advantage

Operations

Responsible for managing and overseeing the daily logistics operations.
Route Planning for Trucks & Tankers, ensuring ideal time for trucks to minimum.
Customer Coordination for Pick up and Delivery.
Vehicle Tracking & Driver Coordination for Advances, Fuel, Status.
Coordinating transportation activities, ensuring material safety, and maintaining accurate records.
Supervising the logistics team, optimising supply chain processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Ensuring Safety majors for the materials and vehicles.

MIS & Reports

Creation of monthly MIS Reports including but not limited to Vehicle / Driver Performance. Cost Efficiency, Budget Tracking.
Analysis and improvement on vehicle utilization & Profitability metrics.

Operations Efficiency

Assess the current processes and suggest/implement process to enhance the operations efficiency.
