Job Summary:

The Asst Manger Ops will oversee the operations and logistics activities during the Day/night shift. This role ensures efficient and smooth operations, manages the Day/night shift team, and coordinates with other departments to ensure timely and accurate connection of part-load consignments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in logistics or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

·                     Oversee all logistics operations during the night shift, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

·                     Coordinate the loading, unloading, and dispatching of part-load consignments.

·                     Ensure that all operations are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures.

·                     Monitor the movement of goods to ensure timely connections to different vendors .

Reporting and Documentation:

•                      Prepare and submit nightly operational reports to the Operations Head.

•                      Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all night shift activities.

•                      Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Team Management:

•                      Supervise and manage the night shift team, including drivers, loaders, and support staff.

•                      Conduct regular briefings and ensure clear communication of job expectations among team.

Qualifications:

·                     Graduate or  equivalent; Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

•                      Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics or transportation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

•                      Experience in part-load logistics or a similar environment is highly desirable.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
