Logistics Freight Forwarder

We are looking for a Logistics Freight Forwarder to join our team at at Toy Tales Llp. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, pack and dispatch goods while maintaining stock records.

• Train team members on proper handling of materials, including hazardous items.

• Make sure that goods are labeled accurately and stored in the right locations.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure only the best products are dispatched.

• Process all receipts and inventory updates promptly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 5 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Coordinator to manage and streamline end-to-end logistics operations for our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for transportation planning, freight negotiation, warehouse coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining accurate data and communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete logistics operations for the manufacturing unit including dispatch and delivery planning

Negotiate freight rates with transporters to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions

Handle transporter coordination and ensure smooth transportation operations

Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and timely execution

Coordinate with warehouse team for dispatch planning and inventory movement

Ensure proper planning between production schedules and dispatch timelines

Maintain strong communication between company, transporters, and production team

Track shipments regularly and ensure on-time delivery to customers/locations

Maintain accurate logistics data, records, and reports as per company processes

Resolve any transportation or delivery-related issues proactively

Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

2–5 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in manufacturing industry

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Good knowledge of transportation and warehouse operations

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics software/tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in route planning and cost optimization

Knowledge of ERP systems

Familiarity with vendor management
