The Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing the dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate loading, timely delivery, and proper documentation. The role involves coordination with warehouse staff, drivers, and inventory teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee daily dispatch activities as per schedule

Ensure products are properly packed, labeled, and loaded into vehicles

Verify dispatch quantities against invoices and delivery challans

Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for stock availability

Maintain dispatch records, logs, and documentation

Monitor loading to ensure safety and avoid damage

Communicate with drivers regarding routes and delivery timelines

Track dispatched goods and ensure timely delivery

Handle any dispatch-related issues or delays

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics operations

Good coordination and communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, documentation)
